[ Hair ] extensions :)

Hey super stars :) 

After a weekend full of work. Yesterday evening/ half night I spent with my friend Elīna :) 

We had a movie & vine night & it was excellent! So today for me was a completely lazy day.. Slept till midday and I have to say that I haven't done today anything good at all :( But from tomorrow I am back in my sporty routine and at 7 I have yoga lesson :) mmm can't wait for it! But now I can tell you that I did a course on Hair extensions. OMG I am in love with all this - can't wait to have fake long hair :D 

I just have to teach someone how to do it :) But sure will find one who will help me with that. 

There are several techniques how to do hair extensions. 

* Italian technique  (hot) -  keratin capsules are heated and glued to  your actual hair. 

keratin capsule hair extensions are very popular and they really are the most reliable and long-lasting attachment method.

* Ring hair extensions - (cold) less harmful technique for the hair. capsules are attached to your natural hair with a metallic ring. 

* Tape (cold) -the weft is taped into your hair close to the roots using a special adhesive. 

*Clip In ( cold) - This technique is the least permanent. You can wear them when you want. 

*Tracking ( cold) - natural tresses are first braided around the head in concentric circles. The braids are sewn down, then extensions are sewn to the braids.

*Or Glued Tracks (cold) - extensions are glued (bonded) to the roots of your own hair with a special adhesive

My favourite are with rings - and tape - both of them are cold ones and with both of these ones you can grow your hair. They don't harm your hair almost at all. Ok loves. 

I am off to watch Carrie diaries :) Haven't yet seen it. I do hope that I will have something to watch now as Gossip Girl is over .
